The communication throughout the process. The driver was very good with customer service and the crew was also very accommodating. I was very impressed.

The quality of the driver and the team who unpacked. They did their job well, and they were very professional.

The overall experience was good anything could have happened. We came from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. It was a long trip and it went without a glitch. Careful with the antiques and they were respectful.

Everything was as scheduled. Delivered when said they would. Packed when they were supposed to. I was very happy with the service.

Overall, the quality of the move was excellent. The driver and crew called me while on the road to keep me updated with their arrival. Jay was excellent.

I think the condition of the moving van, driver, and crew was outstanding. It was their concern and if anything was wrong they pointed it out to me. They underestimated the cost, it was 15% higher.

The loaders had to load a Uhaul truck and shuttle our belongings 45 mins away to load them into the truck. Because they had to do multiple trips it took a long time. Bad support team for the loaders.

I was extremely satisfied. The crew did an excellent job. The drivers were extremely courteous and I recommend North American to all my friends and associates.

The movers & packers were timely & took care with putting everything into the boxes. The movers and packers took their time but they were efficient.

The care that the driver and his assistant took with the delivery most influenced my rating. They were nice guys. They dismantled a desk in my garage and reassembled it. They went above and beyond.

It was good service from the start to the finish, this was the best customer service that I have ever received.

North American was punctual and everything was delivered besides one item. My air compressor handle is missing. The driver is named Terry and he said that the handle was in his truck so he promised to send it to me.

I think this is one of my smoothest moves I've had. The crew was professional, polite, on time, and everything went well. The crew was reasonable in my requests and told me if they could be done.

The initial agent that came to the house could have been more thorough, but everything else was great.

The care that everybody took w/ everything was great. They were very personable. It took a long time to load. I wish they would have told me how long it would take to pack ahead of time. It took eleven hours. However, they did a good job.

I thought they were pretty organized. The communication was good. I've dealt with several representatives, under NAVL. They were all nice. The goods are in storage. they'll be delivered in about a week.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

Everything was outstanding. The best move of fourteen moves in all, since my Navy days. ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DISCOLORED AND THE STRAPS MUST HAVE RUBBED TOGETHER AND THE DISCOLORATION ON THE SECRETARY DESK. THE ROSEWOOD WOOD WAS DISCOLORED.

I really appreciated the movers. There was no cursing, fighting or arguing. They mostly worked together & got everything done in a timely manner. They were very professional in their work.

I really liked the guys who unloaded my stuff. They were very careful and considerate. I saw a difference between the people at Phoenix vs the people who unloaded my stuff in Ohio.

Just really covering the areas from your earlier questions, start to finish from the estimate to pickup and delivery and the quality of the wrapping the furniture: they did a very good job. I did the majority of the packing but the items that they packed and wrapped, they did extremely well.

I gave that rating b/c everything was done on time. Everything was organized and everyone took care of my goods.

The overall move was excellent. It was something we had never done before on that scale and they made it very comfortable. I had a good interaction with the first rep who came out and w/ the crew. They did a good job of transporting a classic vehicle. They loaded it last and extracted it first.

The guys who picked up my stuff were very nice. I really enjoyed Mike who initially came out and spoke with me. He was also one of the drivers. Everyone was nice from the office staff to the drivers

We were very satisfied. They were very pleasant and they met our needs and did an excellent job and were speedy at it too.

The satisfaction everything was done very well & nice. They forgot to give us our office chair. Besides that I am happy w/ the move. I would like to be compensated for my chair. If they could send a check to my address they made the del to.

The guys that loaded they were really nice guys and the driver who unloaded the truck in Georgia was nice as well.

There was only one thing, when the guys did the unloading they stepped on the lawn instead of going through the main entrance. They kind of got the carpet dirty.
